Creamy Cole Slaw (ensalada americana de repollo)

1 repollo blanco/verde cortado en juliana (finamente cortado)
2 zanahorias ralladas
¾ de taza de mayonesa
2 cucharadas de sour cream (o queso crema para untar-whipped cream cheese)
Opcional: un poquito de cebollita de verdeo o una cucharita de cebolla disecada
1 cucharita o cuchara de azúcar (según el gusto)
2 cucharadas de vinagre blanco
Sal, pimienta

Mezclar bien todos los ingredientes, siendo generosos con la salsa. Se sirve bien fría.
Variante: agregarle Kani Kama (crab imitation-imitación de cangrejo)
